Joe Gibbs Racing Seals Major Multi-Year Sponsorship Deal

Following the exit of longtime partner FedEx, Denny Hamlin and Joe Gibbs Racing have brought aboard multiple new sponsors for the No. 11 Toyota. Notably,
Progressive entered into a significant agreement that will see the insurance firm support Hamlin in 18 races this season.

JGR has now announced the addition of Bob’s Discount Furniture, a U.S.-based furniture store with its headquarters in Newington, Connecticut. They have roughly 150 stores across the country, primarily in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and West Coast regions.

This is a multi-year deal with the company’s first race set for August 3rd at Iowa Speedway. It’s unclear how many races they will sponsor this year. The official paint scheme will be revealed on Thursday, July 17th in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The location will be the grand opening of a new Bob’s Discount Furniture store.

In 2025, Hamlin has secured three victories so far, which ties him for first place across all drivers. Despite experiencing a crash during the competition for the Daytona 500 title, he managed to claim triumphs later at Martinsville, Darlington, and Michigan—each time under sponsorship from distinct companies. This season, Hamlin has represented five separate main sponsors altogether. Besides Progressive, his list of backers includes National Debt Relief, SportClips, as well as Yahoo colors.

Following the birth of his son in Mexico City, he recently skipped the Cup race there, marking the first time this seasoned driver has missed such an event in approximately eleven years. Nonetheless, he still holds onto fifth place in the regular season rankings.
