All assay results from last year’s campaign have now been validated, adding 33,591 new assays from 281 drill holes (across 76,202 metres) to Sayona’s database.
Highlights included inter-area pegmatities at 59.55 metres at 1.46% lithium oxide from 316.6 metres in drillhole SYN-25-08-37 and 60.75m at 1.82% Li₂O from 67.5m in drillhole SYN-24-0852 in the MRE 2024 pit shell.
The continuity of spodumene-bearing pegmatities runs across all zones, particularly the sub-horizontal dykes connecting Moblan prospect’s four key investigation areas – Main, South, Inter, and Moleon.
“The consistent high-grade intercepts in the Main, South, Inter, and Moleon areas highlight the scale and quality of Moblan,” said Sayona’s CEO, Lucas Dow.
“We continue to see strong grades, impressive thickness, and excellent geological continuity both within and beyond the current resource pit shell.”
Multiple thick, high-grade intercepts within the 2024 MRE support Sayona’s plans to now convert the prospect from the Inferred category to Indicated/Measured.

“These exploration drilling results not only support the potential for a resources upgrade but also reinforce Moblan’s position as the cornerstone of our growth strategy in the Eeyou-Istchee James Bay region,” Mr Dow said.
He went on to add the Quebec project is “one of North America’s most promising.”
